Good Morning ladies & maybe gents! I felt like doing my nails so I do some nail art on my left hand, my nails are finally starting to seem like they want to grow! (They have kept breaking anytime they got to cm of growth.) Any way I decided to do Christmas tree freestyle for today’s challenge and I did the last challenge which was presents.
For today’s challenge was christmas tree freestyle, so I pulled out my glitter! First I made little tree’s using WNW Fast Dry polish in Sagreena The Teenage witch (you can see it swatched here.) I also used glitter from glitterunique.com in Christmas Tree Mix! While Sagreena was still wet I just sprinkled the glitter onto the wet polish, conveniently a star feel perfectly into place at the top of the tree so I decided to put the stars in the glitter mix at the tops of the trees!
Missing from the last 3 days is the Presents mani, which I made out of 3 shades of polish, red, green and silver. The silver and red is ELF’s Red-y Or Not and Liquid Metal, the green is also Sagreena The Teenage Witch. This mani was very easy, I just used a striper nail art polish to do almost all of this, I also used a dotting tool to do the dots!
I know I’ve been bad at keeping up! sorry, but hope you guys liked these!!
- Christmas Tree Nail Art (deezdazzlingdesigns.wordpress.com)
For today’s NOTD my left hand has made a resurface! It’s still short :c but I’ve started Biotin and I am hoping I get more growth. Since I’m right handed I decided to do some nail art on my left hand and thus came up with this mani inspired by some of the things that are all about Christmas and my #12DOCChallenge Wreath challenge. If you have any questions about how to do any part of my mani let me know!!
Good Afternoon, this challenge was hardly than I thought! I’m left handed and for some reason my left hand’s nails wont grow so I’ve been using my right hand to swatch. WELL that makes it quite harder to do nail art. I ended up having to do something relatively simple. I used a nail art pen to draw the little bulbs. The challenges coming up will definitely be harder! Wish me luck! -XOXO
Rest of the challenges can be found here
Hey!! I found this challenge today and I had to catch up so I have Day 2 and Day 4 needing to be posted! I’m already doing well as I’ve done both today. If you’ve followed my blog for a while you might have seen how I’m HORRIBLE at sticking to monthly challenges, so here’s to trying to stay on top of it!!
IF you want to join in, do it!! (And link your mani’s in my comments so I can see it too!! I hope that some of you participate and do check out Lacquered with love’s page about the challenge! I will add my pics to instagram too to use the hashtag: #12DOCchallenge
For this I used E. L. F nail polish in Red-y or Not. It is from the 14 piece nail polish cubes. I purchased it during Thanksgiving weekend so I will have those swatches soon! I also used some heart glitters that I purchased recently also. A glitter haul will also be coming up sometime late this week so keep an eye out on the blog! Let me know if you have any questions! Feed back is always appreciated!! -XOXO
Hello Ladies and Gents, I have another NOTD for you guys and of course I pulled out that nail art wheel! I used Sinful Colors Cold Leather, which came out this year as part of their Leather Luxe Collection. (Which I love!) I used a top coat striper polish to make some lines so it wasn’t just a matte polish. Thanks for stopping by as always!! -XOXO
Ok my hands don’t really have that deathly glow, but thought I’d spice up the background!
I used my kiss nail dress stickers and my accent nail is Spoiled’s Pick Your Poison with wnw Fast dry polish in Rocking Rubies (LE) and then I just did some “stitches” across them.
Anywho you guys have a fun and safe halloween!!!
- Dark Tree Mani (alilacquer.com)
HEYYY! Afternoon, Today I have a mani to share!! I have been using my right hand for swatches lately as my left hand nails grow out. (It’s going VERY slow with growth, so I’m practicing more with nail art) So today decided to do some dark trees! I used (Sinful colors Smokin’) a deeper grey for my base and then used a cosmetic wedge sponge thing to sponge on some white on top. Then I used Kiss nail art paint to make the trees. Also my cat Tink was in her favorite box; in my photo box so I decided to not move her and just swatch over her. 🙂 Enjoy 🙂
Good Afternoon!! Today I am excited to share Disney’s Ursula Villains Nail art kit by Kiss.
There are 4 wonderful sets inspired by Disney’s villains. With this kit you will receive caviar beads, a flat brush, kiss top cat, striping tape, rhinestones, stickers, a orange/cuticle stick, and 6 bags of glitter. There is a lot of materials to create looks as you can see below. These kits come out this month at Walgreens for $9.99, although I’ve heard some have already found these kits. I have press pictures in a separate post that you can view here.
I was sent Ursula about a week ago and I have been playing around with this kit A LOT. I had originally purchased false nails to have more nail “play room” and after a while I kind of missed my stubs, so I took them off when they were loose and started doing some manicures without them.
New discovery: I have a local beauty supply store that carries these for a buck. Fact: I will be buying more and more of these. Another Fact: They smell. Another Fact: Idc. There’s a beauty supply store around here that moved its location near where I live and I decided to go there to pick up false nails to play around with the Villains nail art kit and discovered they sell Kleancolor. For a dollar….I had hard time choosing what I wanted but since my lovely boyfriend purchased these for me I sometimes ask him to set me a limit so that I don’t go buying the entire store. Which is enough because I have 22 polishes coming in the mail (HOPEFULLY soon) from Cherry Culture.
*Press Sample- The Ursula kit was sent to me.
The reason I was so excited about these kits were the glitter. I have included a picture of them. Enough said. I will be working on some nail art looks with this kit over the next couple days. Keep an eye out!
